All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions of Booking found online HERE. There are two updates to this years Terms & Conditions, these are;
2.1.d) Payment is due in full for all groups & staff at least 7 days before the start of the event. All bookings are subject to a late payment charge of up to 10% at the Event Managers discretion.
3.11.a) Every leader registered to attend the event must support the running of the event by signing up to a support shift. A shift will not exceed 4 hours and can be selected in advance of the event through the booking system on a first come first served basis. Without this support we cannot effectively run all advertised activities.
